A:Open the home APP in your iPhone or iPad.Click on “Add Accessories”, and follow the instructions in the app to scan the QR code on the right or product surface sticker, or enter the 8-digit setup code above the QR code to complete the Apple Home app access.

Q: Why doesn’t the light strip extension work properly after connecting it?

A: After connecting the light strip extension and the 6.5FT basic rgbic led light strip, Power needs to be disconnected and then turned on power again, then it will work very good.

Q:Does this light strip have any wifi reguirements?

A:Only support 2.4Ghz WiFi,If your router supports 2.4Ghz network and 5Ghz network adn it keeps fail during setup,you may need turn off the 5Ghz on your wifi router temporarily.Make sure that your smart device is always covered by strong wifi signal.
