How to play: 1. Select a Singapore Personality 2. On each turn, draw 2 action cards and play up to 3 actions 3. Buy or earn Dreams, or know other players stealing their Dreams or Cash 4. Keep going until all the dream cards are sold out, the player with the most number of dreams wins. Number of players: 2-6. Play time: 20-25 minutes.
