Our refund and returns policy lasts between 7 days to 18 months based on the product. Post the expiry of the communicated period of return from the time of purchase, no warranty support, return or refund can be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags, labels, cover and other material provided.
Condition of Items
The following actions void warranty, return or refund eligibility of items purchased from us:
Unscrewing or dismantling an item other than the way it was intended to be used
Defacing an item including by not limited to defacing serial number, brand etc
Loosing serial number, warranty or invoice information that prevents us from identifying the item sold and verifying it’s chain of custody
Items sold with warranty from the manufacturer are not eligible for our return or refund policy as these items can be directly taken to the manufacturer for addressing of issues.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded. Perishable goods with an expiry date, gift cards, goods specifically stated as being sold without return or refund, goods sold in faulty conditions, goods sold in our sale at reduced prices are exempt from being returned or refunded. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Clothing
Medical or intimate accessories EG: Shaver
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, examples are:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Decisions on providing a partial return are judged on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Tech Games n Lights.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we may send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the form of Store credit to your Tech Games n Lights account or at the discretion of Tech Games n Lights to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take upto 14 working days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items that have been sold under an offer or coupon or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We may choose to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Based on stock availability and at our discretion the same item may be replaced if available or refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be able to initiate a return within the applicable window from your My Account section. For questions and support, you can contact us on support@techgamesnlights.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should use a trackable shipping service and optionally purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
