You bet they are. All new items are procured from the manufacturers or distributers directly and there is little to no doubt of authenticity.
As for pre-loved items, we vet the items when we buy them to ensure they are authentic and not fakes.
One of our loosely guarded secrets is to negotiate with manufacturers and distributors to get better prices by taking the stock they have with imperfections on the box. Eg: dent, scratch, a peeled sticker etc.
While the box may have an imperfection, which is normal due to shipping, storage, logistics and movement of the good through various parties before it reaches an end retailer like us, the actual product will be flawless, brand new and have no complaints.
Most customers want the item to be of promised quality, authentic and at a good price. As our customers don’t display the box in showcases and admire it daily we too are cool with it.
In the off chance you did buy something meant as a gift and the box has an imperfection, you can reach out to our support team to look at the possibility of replacing which is possible as long as the item you received has not been opened and stock availability.
When procuring used products we try our best to get it with the box it usually comes with. But this is not always possible.
Again, as most of our customers prefer good quality pre-loved goods at drop dead gorgeous prices and don’t drool over the box it came in we are cool with accepting and selling pre-loved products without box too.
Only used products may be sold without a box. All products bought in New and Like New condition will come with the box.
In the case where the product is sold the additional accessories such as charging cable etc will be available unless specified otherwise in the listing.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If the product malfunctions due to abuse, water damage, short circuits, rough treatment, cat pee etc, we are sorry for your loss, but cant help you.
If manufacturing defects do come up, you can reach out to us. We will assist in the following order:
New products are usually covered by manufacturer warranty and that can be registered directly with manufacturer and tracked/claimed with them.
For Like-new and Used products, we provide a minimum 7 day and maximum of 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects with the warranty duration depending on the product category.
The warranty period mentioned on our website is for pre-loved items. If you purchased new item that is covered by manufacturer warranty, you will be able to register, track and claim warranty directly with the manufacturer.
We have partnered with Ninjavan and Singpost for couriers. Next day delivery and standard delivery options are available.
We also have partnered with Grab and Lalamove for same day deliveries.
Untracked mail (for standard letterbox delivery of items less than $20 in value) – 2 working days.

The following options are available to self pick up your orders.
Bukit Panjang by Petir LRT: 7 days a week, morning 10AM to midnight 12AM. Please confirm with us before leaving to ensure someone is on standby to give you the item. We dont like surprise visits, you are not our grandma.
Raffles Place: Self collection possible on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM, 12.30PM to 2PM and 6PM to 7PM. Please message and confirm in advance as we send packages once a day before 9AM, so needs to be confirmed before that.

But unfortunately we are not able to drop by to deliver the item apart from an MRT station.
If you are not able to accept couriers or cant meet at MRT, the only other option is to opt for Grab/Lalamove. Those guys love to come to your house 😉
Couriers such as Ninjavan, Qexpress, Singpost will make 2 attempts to deliver and will also call you on the mobile number you give us. If that fails your order is returned to us and we will arrange for a second shipment at an additional cost borne by you.
